Job Overview
A strong influencer and facilitator who specializes in leading the practice and execution of the New Product Implementation (NPI) process. Collaborating with all organization levels and divisions, drive successful launch strategy and execution to ensure timely launching of new software products. Support customers and channel partners in the successful adoption of company’s software products. Identify potential risks and issues, ensuring mitigation efforts are managed and communicated clearly and concisely across lines of business. Help build/improve processes and systems that allow the company to successfully launch new products quickly and efficiently. Be able to Conduct and manage competitor analysis, five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and benchmarking studies to differentiate the product in the competitive marketplace.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience in product launching including experience in enterprise software marketing, product go-to-market business strategy management, event management, digital quality, compliance, audit, risk, asset, and asset life cycle management, IoT, workflow, import/export, wholesale, distribution and manufacturing fields.
